Durgesh Nandini Vemavarapu

  • Durgesh Nandini started her KALAARAADHANA (worship of art form) with  Kuchipudi Dance at a very tender age of 7 years at the feet of Master and renowned guru Kalidas Samman, Kala Prapoorna, Padma Sri, Dr Vempati Chinna Satyam. Master Chinna Satyam is well known in India for His dedication for the dance form and trained Hundreds of Students in the one of the most traditional forms of Dance in India. She spent her most dedicated years of life under her guru’s masterly guidance for about 15 years.
  • She started her career as a Kuchipudi Dance Teacher at a very tender age after receiving permission from her master with due mastery in the subject. She was totally engrossed with dance and continued the same for several years without interruption till she got married and left to USA.
  • She performed on stage and enthralled art lovers across the globe and in India. She gave several hundreds of programs on big stages on many reputed occasions and received excellent reviews. She has also performed on stage in the Programs rendered by Her Master’s Institute Kuchipudi Art Academy. In USA, Durgesh Nandini gave multiple stage performances and also trained students for about 10 years after which she returned to India.
  • Subsequently, Durgesh Nandini extended her performances and training classes in India and is now considered as one of the top few Kuchipudi Professionals in the country. Her students have also given many programs and been appreciated for their stage craft with Abhinaya and mastery on NRITYA
